Meet Sarah Sear

More About Sarah

Sarah has a passion for real estate and helping people find that perfect home! She  started her career as a real estate agent in New Brunswick 12 years ago after graduating a with a Sociology degree from St. Francis Xavier University. After making the long journey to Edmonton in 2009, she has worked within the real estate industry and has gained knowledge from those experiences. Sarah started working with Schmidt in 2014 and knew once she decided to be an agent again this would be her place. Their values and vision speaks volumes and match those of her own.

Growing up with teachers in her family she understands how important it is to educate her clients through the selling or buying process. Walking them through each step helps them feel more confident in their decisions and makes for a smoother process. Not only does she like to educate her clients but she also enjoys taking courses herself to make sure she is up-to-date on all aspects of her industry!

Sarah is a busy mom of two wonderful children and a Frenchie! Sarah is a part of her children’s parent council and enjoys being able to help their school in any way either by fundraising or going into the class to help the teachers. When the kids are out of school and warm weather is here you will find Sarah at a campground with her family enjoying late nights by the fire or exploring trails in the different parks! Working with Sarah you will feel comfortable and confident knowing you have her on your side the whole way through!

Family reunion on Prince Edward Island in 2019

Oh by far chocolate – I can’t get enough of it! I even have to have it in my coffee 🙂

Coffee (Peppermint Mocha)! In the summer it would have to be iced coffee from Tim Hortons with chocolate milk – so good!

Elephant! How they are so giant but gentle at the same time? And of course my little guy Jackson, my Frenchie.

I would say black but my daughter says that is not a real color… so blue.

Range Rover Evoque, which will be my next car

It’s a toss up between my first ever concert – Spice Girls – and the last one, Backstreet Boys! Brooks and Dunn were amazing too!

Vince Vaughn – he makes any movie great 🙂

Watching my kids play their activities and going camping with the family!

Spread the love
