Daniel Bok brings a genuine curiosity for the real estate industry, paired with eight years in sales and eight years in marketing, to every client he works with. That background means he knows how to position a home so it stands out and how to guide people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives with patience and clarity.
Daniel joined Schmidt Realty Group for its collaborative environment and the kind of team support that lets him focus on doing right by his clients. He believes in educating and guiding people through the process rather than rushing them through it, so every question gets answered and every decision feels like theirs to make.
Based in Edmonton, Daniel spends his time outside of work on the basketball court, travelling whenever he gets the chance, cooking for family and friends, cheering on Arsenal FC, and keeping tabs on whatever new spot has opened up on Edmonton’s food and entertainment scene. That same care and attention to detail he brings to a good meal is exactly what he brings to your real estate search. Working with Daniel means having someone in your corner who takes the time to get it right.

DANIEL’S FAVORITE THINGS!
FAVE VACATION:
Hard to pick just one , I love to travel generally, but Japan, Egypt, and the Galapagos stand out, along with trips to see family in the Netherlands.
FAVE SWEET TREAT:
Skittles and Maltesers, one’s a burst of fruity chaos, the other’s a chocolate malt ball, best of both worlds.
FAVE BEVERAGE:
Depends on the season, ice tea when it’s hot out in the summer, and a proper cup of tea once it turns cold in the winter.
FAVE ANIMAL:
Tortoise, I’ve always found them fascinating, and I got to see the giant ones in person on a trip to the Galapagos.
FAVE COLOR:
Green — think forest green, not neon.
FAVE VEHICLE:
An Aston Martin DB5, purely because of James Bond, that or any decent fishing boat, which is a bit more realistic for weekends.
BEST CONCERT:
Our Lady Peace, in the basement at El Cortez.
FAVE ACTIVITY OUTSIDE OF WORK:
Basketball, travelling, smoking meat, fly fishing, watching Arsenal FC, and exploring whatever’s new on Edmonton’s food and entertainment scene.
