Misty hails from Northern Alberta (Eureka River) and at age ten relocated to Southern Alberta (High River), eventually finding her way to the sweet spot in the middle (Edmonton Area), and has been calling Parkland County home for 21 years now.
With 13 years of experience as a legal assistant, Misty possesses a strong foundation of expertise and knowledge that she skillfully applies to her real estate business, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Misty’s exceptional communication skills set her apart in the industry. Her ability to convey information clearly and promptly ensures that her clients are well-informed every step of the way.
One of Misty’s greatest strengths is her unwavering patience. She understands that buying or selling a home can be a significant decision, and she takes the time to ensure that her clients feel comfortable and confident throughout the journey. Misty’s primary focus is to meet her clients’ needs, going the extra mile to turn the often-stressful experience of home buying or selling into a moment of excitement and confidence.
Beyond her professional life, Misty is passionate about helping others and regularly volunteers at the Parkland Food Bank, contributing to her community’s well-being. When Misty isn’t busy assisting her clients, you can find her spending quality time with her loving husband and three children. She enjoys camping, karaoke, kayaking and exploring the beautiful landscapes of Alberta. FAVE VACATION:
Any all-inclusive resort with friends, a blended drink in hand and a nice beach!
FAVE SWEET TREAT:
Jelly Belly jelly beans. The watermelon flavoured are my favourite. I would also never turn down a Cinnzeo™ Cinnamon Roll.
FAVE BEVERAGE:
Coffee – in any form! Tim’s Iced Capp, Starbucks Cold Brew, a fresh cup at home, coffee flavoured jelly belly, coffee crisp, coffee cake… just all the coffee things!
FAVE ANIMAL:
Zebras have always caught my interest with the beauty of their unique stripes. Did you know their white stripes can be 18 degrees cooler than their dark stripes?
FAVE COLOR:
That really depends on what it is for. I enjoy yellow and bright green for things like flowers or accent decor but would not want either as the colour of my car.
FAVE CAR:
I don’t need anything fancy so my fav would be one that gets me where I need to go!
FAVE CELEBRITY:
Missy Peregrym. Not just because she is family, but because she is a talented Canadian beauty, inside and out, with admirable values.
FAVE ACTIVITY OUTSIDE OF WORK:
Listening to music, singing really loud in the car just to embarrass my kids, camping with my family, fishing in my kayak on a peaceful lake, watching demolition derbies and coffee dates with friends.
