Cayden brings a passion for design and detail with him everywhere he goes. He embodies these principles whether practicing in real estate, creating designs and collaborating with local companies, or even riding around downtown as a sponsored skateboarder. Born and raised in Edmonton, and coming from a background in construction management, he supports projects that promote the modernization of the city while still paying homage to its historic roots. He prides himself on being a life long learner, accompanied by evolving interests in art, European vehicles (Swedish made specifically), cartography, and minimalist design. Cayden has been fortunate enough to have been raised in a real estate family, growing up with his mother Sabrina Bright – our training manager at Schmidt.

Pairing his love for obtaining new knowledge and a genuine interest in the legal side of real estate, Cayden provides his customers with a modern yet technical approach to the selling and buying process.
