Real estate isn’t just a career for Nick, it’s his passion. He genuinely loves looking at homes; whether it’s single family homes, condos or acreages – Nick is interested. He truly believes that real estate is the best investment someone can make and he can chat your ear off about why. Nick brings that genuine passion to the table whether it’s on the buyer side or the selling side, and his number one focus is ensuring the client knows their options and is educated before making a decision. Whether you’re selling the family home, buying your first place, or picking up another rental property, Nick is happy to help. Being an investor himself he is well versed in rental real estate and is happy to share his experiences that he’s encountered in the space.

Outside of work Nick enjoys a nice coffee on a patio, skateboarding when he can, learning more about finance and investing, and he’s recently become an F1 fan. Nick loves spending time with his amazing partner Erica and their pet corgi named Luna. He enjoys hanging out with family and is always looking forward to monthly dinners with his parents and siblings. Nick also likes traveling and experiencing a different part of the world. Some of his highlight destinations include Japan, camping in Oman, and a work visa in Amsterdam.
