Sales are UP…and sales are down! It all depends on the way you look at things…

As a whole, it’s true that prices are softer and sales are slower.  But that change isn’t evenly distributed across the market. You can break it down even further by looking at the change in the number of homes sold by price range.  The bottom line is the market is far too complex for any one statistic to tell the whole story.
