There were 67 properties sold between Nov 1, 2024 and Oct 31, 2025 in the Beacon Heights neighborhood, ranging from $55,000 for a 608 sq ft one bedroom apartment condo, to $570,000 for a 1,600 sq ft 2-Storey infill home. The median selling price for a home in the neighborhood during the same time period was $320,000, which represents a 1,100 sq ft 1950s bungalow.
