There were 44 homes sold between Jan 1, 2020 and Dec 31, 2020 in Allendale, ranging from a low of $251,000 for a 890 sq ft 1 and a half storey to a high of $715,000 for a 2,400 sq ft 2 storey infill home. The median sold price for homes in Allendale during the same time period was $365,000 which represents a 980 sq ft bungalow built in 1950.
