“Balwin has a rich history in Edmonton and was originally known as part of North Edmonton Village and Packingtown. This older established neighbourhood became part of Edmonton in 1912. With a north central location, it allows for easy access to all the northside, downtown and the Yellowhead Trail. The community has a diverse style of homes from the older World War I home to current infill properties and everything in between.
