“Brander Gardens is a lovely residential neighbourhood in southwest Edmonton, and is located adjacent to the river valley, with Fort Edmonton Park to the north. The neighbourhood is bounded on the east by Whitemud Drive and on the south by 51st Avenue. Brander Gardens belongs to the Riverbend Community League and is in ward pihêsiwin. Several well-placed pathways promote pedestrian and bicycle travel through the neighbourhood and provide easy access to the river valley trail system. The median selling price for homes in the Brander Gardens area during the same time period was $330,000 which represents a 1,200 sq ft 2 storey townhouse.
