There were 60 properties sold between Jan 1, 2023 and Dec 31, 2023 in the Chappelle area, ranging from $122,500 for an 580 sq ft apartment style condo unit, to $350,000 for a 1,300 sq ft 2 storey half duplex. The median selling price for homes in the Ramsay Heights area during the same time period was $279,500 which represents an 1,100 sq ft townhouse condo.
