There were 18 properties sold between Apr 1, 2025 and Mar 31, 2026 in the Empire Park neighborhood, ranging from $154,500 for a 600 sq ft, one bedroom, lowrise apartment unit, to $473,500 for a 1,200 sq ft 1960s bungalow. The median selling price for a home in Larkspur during the same time period was $242,000, which represents a 1,000 sq ft 2 bedroom lowrise apartment unit.
