This beautiful community is bordered by 106 Avenue to the north, 101 Avenue to the south, 50 Street to the east, and Fulton Ravine to the west. Single-detached homes account for almost 80 percent of the total dwelling units within the neighbourhood, while low-rise apartments and semi-detached homes make up the remaining 20 percent. Fulton Place, located adjacent to Fulton Ravine, offers residents easy access to the North Saskatchewan River Valley system, as well as scenic views from vantage points located along Fulton Drive. Several recreational opportunities are available in the neighbourhood, including Hardisty Fitness and Leisure Centre, the Michael Cameron Arena, and three neighbourhood parks. Other prominent features in Fulton Place are two schools, several churches, and a community league facility. A small number of businesses serve local residents, and a wider range of goods and services are available in the nearby Capilano Mall.

 

There were 46 homes sold between May 1, 2021 and Apr 30, 2022 in the Fulton Place, ranging from a low of $84,000 for an 600 sq ft lowrise apartment condo to a high of $775,500 for an upgraded 1,400 sq ft bungalow. The median selling price for homes in Fulton Place during the same time period was $409,900 which represents a 1,100 sq ft bungalow.
