There were 38 properties sold between Feb 1, 2022 and Jan 31, 2022 in the Lynnwood area, ranging from $270,000 for an 1,023 sq ft bungalow to $610,000 for a 1,200 sq ft, renovated bungalow on a huge lot backing onto a ravine. The median selling price for homes in the Lynnwood area during the same time period was $385,000 which represents a 1,057 sq ft, renovated bungalow.
