There were 19 properties sold between Apr 1, 2022 and Mar 31, 2023 in the Sherwood area, ranging from $78,000 for an 680 sq ft apartment condo to $595,000 for a 2,000 sq ft infill 2 storey with a legal basement suite. The median selling price for homes in the Sherwood area during the same time period was $280,000 which represents a 650 sq ft 1950s raised bungalow.
