There were 457 properties sold between Mar 1, 2022 and Feb 28, 2023 in the Stony Plain area, ranging from $75,000 for an 767 sq ft apartment condo to $1,199,000 for a 2,900 sq ft hillside bungalow on 10 acres. The median selling price for homes in the Lynnwood area during the same time period was $352,500 which represents a 1,200 sq ft bungalow with double attached garage.
