Average sold prices are surprisingly similar this year compared to September 2017 and 2016! The graph below shows what people are average prices for the month of September for single family, condo and duplex/rowhouse properties. It tells us what people are spending for these homes. It doesn’t show what they’re getting for their dollar. Buyers are definitely getting more house for the same money in this market.
