Hi everyone. There’s so much going on in the world and we understand you may be wondering what this means for real estate.  We’re still actively working with clients, bringing new listings onto the market, showing homes and closing deals.  We’re just doing it with caution, making use of technology and maintaining recommended social distancing  when with clients.  Our staff is working remotely as much as possible, while maintaining our current hours for phones and texting.  Currently, our office will be physically open 12pm to 5pm weekdays, with the remaining hours handled remotely.

We’ve got the answer! We’re offering consultations for buyers and sellers via Zoom. Whether you’re thinking  about buying or selling, or you’re just curious , we can catch you up on what’s happening in the market right now (spoiler alert: there’s more activity than you might think!). We’ll can even do a screen share to take you behind the scenes on MLS!
