Neighborhood Profile: Satoo

Satoo is one of the 27 neighbourhoods that make up Mill Woods and one of the three neighbourhoods that make up the community of Knottwood. A number of strategically placed pathways and a park-like pipeline right-of-way promote pedestrian and bicycle travel within the neighbourhood. Residents of Satoo are served by the businesses in the Satoo Shopping Centre, as well as the health services, commercial, recreational, and educational facilities of the nearby Mill Woods Town Centre.

 

There were 47 homes sold between Feb 1, 2021 and Jan 31, 2022 in the Satoo area, ranging from a low of $170,000 for a 1000 sq ft two storey townhouse to a high of $424,500 for a 2,000 sq ft renovated 2-storey home. The median selling price for homes in the Satoo area during the same time period was $322,500 which represents a 1,200 sq ft 3 bedroom bungalow.
