“Secord, a vibrant and growing west Edmonton community, is located in the Lewis Farms area and is home to more than 3500 (2016) people. The median selling price for homes in the Lynnwood area during the same time period was $750,000 which represents a 2,700 sq ft 2 Storey with walkout basement.
