Is it still a seller’s market?
You may be noticing more FOR SALE signs in Edmonton, and that’s not surprising! There was a 20% increase in the number of new listings in July/25 vs July/24. Sales remained very stable with just a 2.5% increase . This has lead to a much-needed increase in the inventory of available homes. But is it leading to a buyer’s market? Not yet.
