The summer real estate market continues to be surprisingly warm and sunny!
Residential SALES in the Edmonton CMA (Census Metropolitan Area) were up 13.58% compared to July 2019. The number of new LISTINGS was also up by 7.56% from last year but down 8.66% from last month. So, proportionately more new SALES than new LISTINGS…
