They say a picture says a thousand words…
That couldn’t be truer than when it comes to trends in real estate!
The graph above shows weekly residential sales for 2019, 2020 and 2021 from January to July for each year. 2019 is the “normal” year, 2020 was the pandemic “crisis” year and 2021 is the “recovery” year. It’s pretty apparent when sales dipped to their low point in April 2020 and how they climbed back up to a “normal” level by June 2020 and then exceeded all expectations in July of last year…
