Pretty darn well! While it does depend where you’re looking, overall things are moving surprisingly well. Housing Price Index (HPI) shows the change in value over time. The graph below is a composite of all property types. It demonstrates how values have changed in the past 3 years and compares Edmonton, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove and St Albert.
