At SCHMIDT we like to nerd out and dig into the stats…
It’s how we keep our clients well informed so they can make decisions based on the facts, not the latest headlines. One way we’ve been tracking the market during the pandemic is shown in the graph below. Every week we tally up the number of homes sold and compare that weekly sales number to the same week in the prior year. Because 2020 wasn’t exactly “normal”, we’ve also been comparing those numbers to 2019 which was a much more typical year.…
