Neighborhood Profile: Donsdale
Nestled between the North Saskatchewan river valley and Lessard road, Donsdale is a recent, exclusive development. The properties of Donsdale (as referred to by the developer) consists of Single Family homes and estate properties. Some lots are over a million dollars in asking price. Most of the homes tend to be two stories but there are also a considerable number of bungalows in this affluent area.

There is also a natural wet land that has been preserved which adds a striking point of interest.
